Treatment is conducted via Telehealth in PA, FL, CA and NM as well as in office in Albuquerque NM. For first appointment requests, please fill out the form below with your preferred clinician, your full name, date of birth, and we will return your email to schedule within one business day. If wanting to use insurance, please also list the insurance company name and your member ID #, if available, so we may confirm your member benefits and out of pocket costs prior to returning your email. You may call and leave a message on our secure voicemail with the above information, but we spend all of our working time in sessions with clients or handling clinical emergency situations, so the quickest response is guaranteed with email. We do not offer free consultations, but you will make the decision if you would like to continue based on the assessment and treatment recommendations your clinician will discuss with you in the diagnostic evaluation appointment.
