All sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.

For out of network clients, we are happy to collect your payment and submit the claim directly to the insurance company for you, avoiding the need for you to submit a superbill. You would then be reimbursed directly by your insurance for any out of network benefits that they may provide.

As in-network providers, we are happy to confirm your benefits and any out of pocket costs to you (deductible or copayment) prior to your appointment, so that costs are transparent before beginning treatment.

We utilize an Electronic Health Record to centralize your information and care, and there is an associated Patient Portal that we will use to keep your records, allow you to sign Consent Forms, self-administer screening tools to assist in determining the nature of problems and measure progress across sessions, utilize secure messaging, and collect your payment information securely.
